How we charged for a service fee ?

Service fees will depend on the damage of the hard drive, how hard to recovery, the process and tools for recovery process. CR Data Recovery will quote the service fees before begin recovery your data after we have finished diagnostic the problem of your hard drive. In case the client don’t agree with service fees or we can not recovery your data, it a free of charge. Our process

When we receive your harddrive we will diagnostic the problem of your harddrive before quote the service fees for recovery your data to you

Service process

CR Data Recovery will quote the data recovery services fees before recovery your data.
CR Data Recovery will take 1-2 days to diagnostic the damage and quote the price for recovery your data from your device, depend on the damage of the harddrive.
Usually for data recovery process will take 3 – 5 days ( In some case it will take more time, we will inform you before start recovery ) depend on the damage of the harddrive
We will keep your device for 45 day from the day we receive the device. In case the customer don’t come to pickup the device within 45 days, we will destroy all data and devices.
In case the customer confirm to recovery the data, customer must come to pickup and collect your data and pay the service fees within 15 days after we inform the customer to pickup the data. In case customer don’t come to pickup the device within 15 days, we will destroy all data and devices.
After customer come to collect the data, we will keep your data 7 days after you receive the data, customer can come back to backup your data within 7 days with no fees.
For emergency , an additional 20% of regular rate will be charged.
During the data recovery process, the device can be damage because of its intrinsic deficiency and customer agree for us to open the cover of the device that made the warranty void, customer agrees that CR Data recovery assumes no liability for such damages.
In case customer want us to send your device back via Thai post will have 200 – 300 baht delivery service fees.
We only accept payment by cash or bank transfer.
In case the device have already open the cover or platter case before or have been already sent to another data recovery company before, we will use rate for harddisk with scratch damage*
